Troy Salon & Day Spa will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation and a service plan is formulated by the stylist.
Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon.
If you are not satisfied with your color or cutting service, you may call within 5 days to express your concerns. A complimentary redo must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color.
Full service price applies if you have waited longer than 5 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist.
Redo requests, exchange, and refunds will be under the discretion of management approval.
